As first time RV owners (and after reading plenty of horror stories on the Internet), we knew we wanted a thorough inspection. During my research, I noticed that the points of inspection varied widely from inspector to inspector. I really appreciated that Mark's site outlined various packages and sample reports so we knew that all of our specific concerns would be covered.

We had a tight timeline and Mark was so easy to work with, despite it being a very busy time to be an RV inspector! He coordinated with the dealer directly to schedule a time and called us as soon as he finished the inspection. He outlined his key findings and let me know to call if I thought of any questions later. We received our comprehensive report the next day and traded some follow up emails with him after getting feedback from the prior owner on some of the findings.
