I recently made my first RV purchase which was three hours away from where I lived. Luckily, I found RV Smart Inspections in Louisville and hired Mark's services to inspect this RV. This experience was terrific and I would highly recommend Mark as he was very professional and responded very quickly to any and all requests that I made. The inspection was scheduled almost immediately and unfortunately, I was on vacation when he did the inspection so I could not be there. Mark sent inspection requirements to me that I passed along to the current owner which made sure the unit was powered up the day before and that water and sewer was connected. Mark arrived at the scheduled time and it took him 7 hours to inspect this 32 foot fifth wheel. The current owner did not stay for the whole inspection as they were surprised at the thoroughness of his work. I received his report via email within 36 hours which I reviewed while on vacation. The report was very thorough, tested all systems, and revealed several items that we did not see when we looked at the RV. The photo's in the report were marked up and highlighted to visually mark area's that needed attention or safety and maintenance concerns. After reading the report, Mark and I had several discussions via telephone or email to answer all of my questions. I was able to use this information and photographs to further negotiate the price on the RV and feel much more confident about this purchase.
